Research by Aon Hewitt shows that disruptive change causes disengagement amongst employees to rise by 61%, which has a direct effect on profit margins. That's why on June 25th at Sadler's Wells theatre, we invited guests to discuss how chaos can arise when change happens faster than we can adapt to it.

Carol brings 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist. She is engaged in clinical work, as well as lecturing, writing and leading seminars internationally and in the UK. Carol is also a former popular TV presenter, with extensive experience as a professional actor.
This was the fifth seminar in Maynard Leigh's Free the Talent campaign: an experiential event series which attendees of previous seminars have called “profound” and “thought-provoking”. Engaging in techniques from the performing arts that provide perception in a chaotic business environment, practising using reflection to help see situations accurately, so you create positive responses, mobilising your imagination to create new organisational choices, and accessing your volition to stimulate action.
