Vic is passionate about Maynard Leigh's mission to bring humanity, vitality and meaning to the workplace.
She works to help both individuals and organisations benefit by unlocking their people's creativity, confidence and empathy. She aims to facilitate clarity and self-reflection, creating a safe environment for clients to see themselves honestly and to identify where their development lies. She then brings practical tools to help them make the changes they want to make. Her caring and lively style encourages exploration and partnership to effect sustained high performance and behavioural change.
Vic studied Law at university before taking up her place at drama school. She then worked as a professional actress and improviser for sixteen years. She continues to work in the theatre as a writer and creator.
At Maynard Leigh she designs and develops company leadership programmes and bespoke team off-site events as well as delivering programmes across the board in leadership, professional relationships, personal effectiveness, and presentation and communication skills.
Her broad range of clients include Cancer Research UK, Penguin Random House, SAP, Warner Brothers, Ernst & Young, Deutsche Telekom, Capgemini, Bertelsmann, TGI Friday's, Travis Perkins, and the NHS.
"Vic was AMAZING. She helped us to open up and not be afraid of
being vulnerable. She helped us to see the good in ourselves and improve
ourselves. She engaged with us as individuals. She held our attention for the
entire day - at no point were we clock watching or bored, in fact we didn't want the
training to end.
We all left the course feeling empowered, excited and uplifted. I am very
grateful for the insight Vic has provided me with."
